Newborn sessions are best captured within the first 5 to 14 days of life, while babies are still sleepy and easy to pose into the soft, curled positions that make newborn portraits so timeless. Sessions typically run 2 to 3 hours, with plenty of built-in time for feeding, soothing, and diaper changes — nothing is ever rushed.
Every session includes access to our client wardrobe closet: hand-selected wraps, bonnets, and coordinating outfits for parents and siblings, so your whole family photographs beautifully without buying a thing.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the best time for a newborn session?
Between 5 and 14 days old is ideal, when babies are naturally sleepy and flexible for the classic curled poses. We build in flexibility for early or late arrivals.
What if my baby was born early or needs extra time?
We're happy to adjust your session date. Health and safety always come first, and we'll work with your pediatrician's guidance on timing.
Do you provide outfits and props?
Yes. Every client has full access to our wardrobe closet of wraps, bonnets, and coordinating outfits for the whole family, included in your session.
How long does a newborn session take?
Typically 2 to 3 hours, with time built in for feeding, soothing, and diaper changes at baby's pace.
